Why choose us

Why both sides trust this process

Legally binding outcomes

Skip the uncertainty. The final settlement is structured to be legally binding, giving both parties complete closure and security without stepping foot in a courtroom.

Industry-leading expertise

You aren't dealing with a generic mediator. Your case is handled by an expert with 10 years of Dealer Principal experience combined with a First-Class Law Degree.

Stress-free & fast

Court battles take months, cost thousands, and destroy reputations. Most disputes are resolved within 72 hours of all paperwork being completed.

For consumers

Stuck in a deadlock with a garage or dealership? You don't need to risk thousands on court fees or suffer through months of stress. Get an independent, legally binding decision from an expert who knows exactly how dealerships operate and how consumer law protects you.

For motor dealers

Protect your dealership's reputation, save your staff's time, and eliminate spiralling legal costs. Resolve vehicle, repair, or warranty disputes through a mediator who spent a decade running dealerships as a Dealer Principal. I understand your margins, your operational realities, and the law.

Try settlement first — courts expect it
  • •The court process expects both sides to attempt mediation or settlement before bringing an action.
  • •A party that will not engage in mediation could find it counts against them if the dispute later reaches court.
  • •Mediation only works where both parties are willing to reach a resolution — which is what makes it fast, fair and final.
About me

The intersection of automotive insight & legal expertise

Most mediators understand the law, but they don't understand the motor trade. Most car dealers understand the trade, but they don't understand the nuances of the law.

That's where I come in. With a First-Class Law Degree and 10 years of experience operating at the highest level as a Dealer Principal, I provide an unparalleled perspective on automotive disputes. I know the pressures dealers face, I know the rights consumers have, and I know how to find the common ground that delivers a swift, legally binding resolution.

How it works

A simple 7-step process

  1. 1
    One party engages us

Either the customer or the dealer contacts us and engages the service. One approach is all it takes to open the process.

  2. 2
    We confirm willingness to mediate

We approach the other party and confirm their willingness to mediate. Mediation only proceeds where both sides are open to a resolution.

  3. 3
    Fees are paid

Each party pays their £75 share of the £150 fixed fee — split evenly to keep the mediator neutral to both sides.

  4. 4
    Evidence is submitted

Both sides submit their evidence — invoices, photographs, correspondence — so the full picture is on the table.

  5. 5
    Shuttle telephone mediation

A shuttle telephone mediation of around 1 hour is booked. The mediator moves between the parties, cutting through emotion to find common ground.

  6. 6
    A settlement is reached

Where possible, a legally binding settlement agreement is reached — resolving the dispute without a courtroom.

  7. 7
    Signed & enforceable

The agreement is signed by both parties and is enforceable in court, giving both sides certainty and closure.
